Hairzen – Shipping Policy

1. Digital Delivery Only

Hairzen is an exclusively digital eBook store. We do not sell or ship any physical products. All products available on our website are digital files delivered electronically over the internet.

There are no shipping charges, packaging fees, or delivery delays associated with your purchase. Your eBook is available to you almost instantly after your payment is confirmed.

2. How You Receive Your Order

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive your eBook through the following methods:

Order Confirmation Email: A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. This email will contain your order details and a secure download link to access your eBook.
Shopify Account: If you created an account during checkout, you can also access your purchased eBooks by logging into your account and visiting your order history.
Download Link: Click the download link in your confirmation email to save your eBook directly to your device in PDF or the applicable file format.

3. Delivery Timeframe

Since all our products are digital, delivery is near-instant in most cases. Below is a general timeframe you can expect:

Standard Orders: Delivered within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation.
During High Traffic Periods: Delivery may take up to 1 hour in rare cases due to server load or payment processing delays.
Payment Pending Orders: If your payment is flagged as pending by your bank or payment provider, your download link will be sent once the payment is fully confirmed.

If you have not received your eBook within 24 hours of purchase, please contact us immediately at support@hairzen.com.

4. Supported Devices & File Formats

Our eBooks are designed to be accessible across a wide range of devices. Your eBook may be available in one or more of the following formats:

PDF (compatible with all devices)
EPUB (compatible with e-readers, tablets, and smartphones)

You can read your Hairzen eBook on:

Kindle and other e-reader devices (via compatible format)

If you face any difficulty opening your eBook file, please contact our support team and we will assist you promptly.

5. Download Limits & Link Expiry

To protect our intellectual property, download links provided after purchase may be subject to the following restrictions:

Each download link is valid for a limited number of downloads or a set period of time as specified in your confirmation email.
If your download link has expired or you are unable to access your file, please contact us at support@hairzen.com with your order number and we will reissue a fresh download link at no extra cost.
Download links are for personal use only and must not be shared with others.

6. Failed or Missing Delivery

If you did not receive your confirmation email or download link, please take the following steps before contacting us:

Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder in your email inbox.
Ensure you entered the correct email address at checkout.
Wait up to 24 hours in case of a payment processing delay.

If the issue persists after following the above steps, contact us at support@hairzen.com with the following details:

Your full name
The email address used at checkout
Your order number (if available)
The name of the eBook purchased

We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Incorrect Email Address

If you provided an incorrect email address at the time of checkout and did not receive your download link, please contact us at support@hairzen.com as soon as possible. We will verify your order and resend the delivery to the correct email address.

Hairzen is not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address entered by the customer at checkout.

8. International Customers

Since Hairzen delivers all products digitally, we welcome customers from anywhere in the world. There are no geographical restrictions on purchasing or downloading our eBooks.

Please note:

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). International customers may see currency conversion charges applied by their bank or payment provider.
Any applicable local taxes or digital goods taxes in your country are your own responsibility.

9. No Physical Shipping

To be absolutely clear, Hairzen does not offer physical shipping of any kind. We do not ship books, printed materials, or any tangible items. If you are looking for a physical copy of any of our titles, we regret that we are unable to fulfil that request at this time.

Hairzen reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted to our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed.
