Hairzen – Refund & Return Policy

1. Digital Product Policy
Thank you for shopping at Hairzen. All products sold in our store are digital eBooks delivered electronically. Because digital products are instantly accessible upon purchase, our refund policy differs from that of physical product stores.
By completing a purchase on our store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Refund & Return Policy.
Please note: Due to the intangible nature of digital goods, all sales are generally considered final once the eBook has been downloaded or accessed. We strongly encourage you to read all product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- You were charged multiple times for the same order due to a technical error.
- You purchased the wrong eBook and have not yet downloaded or accessed it.
- The file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be opened after download.
- The content of the eBook is materially different from what was described on the product page.
- Your refund request is submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- The eBook has already been downloaded or accessed.
- You changed your mind after completing the purchase.
- You claim the content "didn't work" without providing supporting evidence.
- The refund request is made more than 7 days after the purchase date.
- The purchase was made during a promotional sale or with a discount code.
- The eBook was purchased as a gift and the recipient does not want it.
Hairzen reserves the right to deny refunds if we detect a pattern of repeated purchases and refund requests. Fraudulent refund claims may result in permanent account suspension.
4. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request, please contact our support team within 7 days of your purchase and include the following information:
- Your full name and email address used at checkout
- Your Shopify order number (e.g., #1001)
- The name of the eBook purchased
- A clear reason for your refund request
- Relevant screenshots, if you are reporting a technical issue
Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days. We may ask for additional information to complete the process.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, it will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow the following timeframes:
- Credit / Debit Cards: 5–10 business days
- PayPal: 3–5 business days
- UPI / Net Banking (India): 5–7 business days
- Store Credit: Issued within 24 hours if you prefer this option
Hairzen is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider after the refund has been initiated on our end.
6. Exchanges & Replacements
If your eBook file is damaged, unreadable, or corrupted, we will replace it with a fresh download link at no extra cost. Simply contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.
We do not offer exchanges of one eBook title for another. If you wish to purchase a different title, a new order will be required.
7. Changes to This Policy
Hairzen reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted to our website. Continued use of our store after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
